1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using any browser extension developed by Launchpad Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), including AI Behavior Mirror and FlowGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the extension and do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of our extensions and any related services, including our website at launchpadapps.com.

2. Description of Services

Launchpad Apps develops and distributes Google Chrome extensions focused on productivity and personal development. Our current products include:

• AI Behavior Mirror — A Chrome extension that analyzes browsing behavior locally and provides productivity insights, scores, and habit tracking.
• FlowGuard — A Chrome extension combining a Pomodoro timer with automatic website blocking to support focused work sessions.

Each extension is available as a free version with core functionality, and an optional Pro plan with advanced features.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Our extensions are free to download and use. Core features are available at no cost. Advanced features are available under a paid Pro plan:

• AI Behavior Mirror Pro — $5.99/month. Includes time limits by category, ambient sounds, rabbit hole detection, data export (CSV/PDF), custom Pomodoro presets, automatic time-based blocking, and access to 1,272 monitored domains (vs. 234 in free).
• FlowGuard Pro — $4.90/month or $29 as a one-time lifetime purchase. Includes unlimited blocked sites, custom session durations, weekly stats history, auto-start sessions, chime sounds, and up to 2 devices.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Monthly Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis from the date of your initial purchase. Lifetime plans are billed once.

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change Pro plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Privacy and Data

Our extensions are built on a privacy-first principle. All browsing analysis and behavioral data processed by our extensions remains stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or have access to your browsing history or behavioral data.

6. Intellectual Property

All extensions, code, designs, logos, and content created by Launchpad Apps are our exclusive property or licensed to us. By using our extensions, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our software without our express written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our extensions or services to:

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of any third party

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our extensions are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or browsers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launchpad Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our extensions or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g., via an in-extension notice). Continued use of our extensions after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pro features if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your use of our extensions at any time by uninstalling them from your browser.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
