        The short version: Our browser extensions run entirely on your device. We don't see what websites you visit. The only data we ever receive is what's strictly necessary to process payments for Pro plans and to respond to support requests.

Launchpad Apps ("we," "us," "our") develops Chrome browser extensions including AI Behavior Mirror and FlowGuard. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our extensions, visit our website, or purchase a Pro plan.

2. Extensions — Data Processed Locally

Our browser extensions are designed with privacy as a core principle. The following data is processed exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

Websites and domains you visit
Time spent on each website or category
Productivity scores and behavioral patterns
Pomodoro session data and focus streaks
Blocked site lists and focus settings
Weekly letters and behavioral reports generated by AI Behavior Mirror

This data is stored in your browser's local storage and is only accessible to the extension running on your device. Uninstalling an extension removes all locally stored data.

3. Data We Collect Through Our Website

When you visit launchpadapps.com, we may collect standard web analytics data, including:

Pages visited and time spent on site
Browser type and operating system
Referring URL and approximate geographic region (country/city level)

This data is collected in aggregate and anonymized; it cannot be used to identify you personally. We use this information solely to understand how our website is used and improve it.

If you purchase a Pro plan, we collect only what is necessary to process your payment and manage your subscription:

Email address — to send purchase confirmation, receipts, and subscription-related notices
Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never store your full card number or banking details
License/activation key — to verify your Pro status within the extension

We do not link your Pro subscription to any browsing data. Your behavioral data in the extension remains entirely local regardless of your plan.

Our website may use minimal session cookies to maintain state (e.g., if you log into an account area). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use a limited set of trusted third-party services:

Payment processor (e.g., Stripe or LemonSqueezy) — handles payment transactions. Their privacy policies govern data shared during checkout.
Web analytics — privacy-focused, anonymized analytics (no cross-site tracking).
Google Fonts — fonts loaded on our website. Google may log the request; no personal data is shared.

Extension data — retained locally on your device until you clear browser data or uninstall the extension.
Email and billing data — retained as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years after account closure, as required for legal and accounting purposes.
